I recognized damage on the inventory of my room. What should I do?

When you recognized damage on the inventory in your room we ask you to document it and send it to our support. We ask you to document it and send us the documentation within 48 hours of your moving in, then we will fix the damages. If report damaged inventory after 48 hours of moving in, the latter shall indicate that the leased property was acquired in contractual condition. Demaged inventory or not reported demages will be fined by the terms of the fees catalog enclosed.

Documenting damaged inventory should consider the following points:

  • Which inventory item is affected?
  • How can the damage be described?
  • Picture of the damage
