To solve the problem, we ask you to go through the following checklist and to answer the questions:
- Is there no hot water in the whole (kitchen/bathroom) apartment? - Y/N - when NO, please provide details on the affected room
- Please check the fuse box, all fuses are switched on? - Y/N - when NO please turn them all on and check the hot water
- Is the main tap open? - Y/N - if NO, please open it and check hot water, you can find it in the kitchen or bathroom
- Is the hot water prepared entralized or decentralized (water heater/ boiler/hot water tank) prepared? centralized / decentralized
- Does the water heater/boiler show an error message? - Y/N - if YES, please indicate the code
If the hot water still does not work, please send us a photo of the water heater/boiler (if existing) and we immediately inform the property management.
