You received a reminder per mail, that you did not pay the rent?

Please transfer the rent as soon as possible to the familiar bank account or send an Email to in case you want to pay via Paypal.

In case you paid already:

Did you put your customer ID as well as your name in the reference of the payment, so that we can allocate the email to you? If yes, please ignore the mail. It can take 1-2 days until bank transfers are transmitted.

Should you have forgotten to indicate your customer ID and your name, it might be that we can not allocate the payment to you. Please send us a screenshot/proof of payment and change the reference for your next rent payment.
