Please follow the steps below (it might be the quickest and easiest way to fix your problem):
- Check the fuse box to make sure none of the fuses have been tripped. (All the switches should be pointing upwards)
- Check that the water is turned on at the mains. The main tap is usually located in one of the kitchen cabinets (particularly if you have a built in kitchen) or under the sink.
- Is there any error code being shown on the water heater? If yes please include this information in your ticket.
