At times we may arrange an appointment to deal with a damage which you reported in your flat or room. We will tell you in advance about such appointments. Please make sure you are available at the indicated time to provide the maintenance company access to your flat.
If you should not be present for the appointment and the company cannot carry out the work you requested, the costs charged to us for the company’s time will be passed on to you. If you know in advance you cannot be present, please make sure a roommate is there, and that your room is unlocked if access to it is necessary.
