Is it taking longer than expected for your deposit to be returned?
According to section 3.6.a. of the terms and conditions of your contract, it can take up to 8 weeks for your deposit to be transfered. We are actively working on returning the deposit quicker than that.
There are a few reasons why it may take longer than that in certain cases:
- We noticed damages when your room was checked and are waiting for the invoices associated with their repair. As soon as we have these, the appropriate costs will be deducted from your deposit.
- Our encashment company may still have open claims for unpaid rent. If so these will be processed as soon as possible and deducted from you deposit.
In the above cases, we will transfer you the rest of your deposit as soon as possible without further action on your side.
